Yall need to roll your blunts with Morcheeba

Thursday, July 29th, 2010

Morcheeba played the Fillmore last night promoting their new album, Blood Like Lemonade.

Skye’s return to the group and excellent improvisation by the artists made last night’s performance much better than their 2008 performance in SF.

A good mix of their older hits and some obligatory tracks from the new album. Still, would be great if they brought an MC along for the tour–Pace Won? Slick Rick? Bismarckie?

Good show by Madlib, but surprisingly a better show by the openers. An intense bass massage either way.
